Restrictions/Boundation for Carrying out any Construction work over the sewer :–

No person would construct any building, road or any other constructions without seeking a prior permission from Jal Kal Vibhag for the same. On violation of conditions related to construction mentioned in UP Nagar Mahapalika Act 1959, section 327 and 333, subsection (1), all the directions / instructions with necessary amendments would be applicable for the officer or authorized officer of Jal Kal Vibhag to implement and enforce them on the penalized person for unauthorized constructions on sewer.

Any person would neither get connected nor would translocate any sewage through any sewer of Vibhg without its prior permission.
